This policy applies to the Milememo iPhone app (a CodeMyVibe app) and this website, milememo.com. Milememo is a mileage and expense tracker for self-employed and small-business tax records.
From the app: nothing. Milememo has no login, no user accounts, and no backend server. Everything you enter — trips, mileage, expenses, receipt photos, odometer readings, and settings — is stored locally in the app's own storage on your device.
Because that data never leaves your phone through us, we (the developer) have no access to it and keep no copy of it.
You can decline or revoke any of these in iOS Settings; the rest of the app keeps working.
Apple Maps. When you look up a destination address to calculate driving miles, Milememo uses Apple's Maps services (MapKit) to perform that search and route calculation. Those requests are handled by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. Milememo sends only what's needed to answer the lookup and doesn't attach your identity to it.
Apple / App Store & TestFlight. If you install Milememo through the App Store or TestFlight, Apple handles distribution and may collect standard information (such as crash data or basic usage) under Apple's own policies. That's between you and Apple.
We use no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
None. Milememo does not track you across apps or websites, does not show ads, and does not build a profile of you. There is no advertising identifier use.
Milememo is a business tool intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
You can delete any entry in the app (deleted items sit in Recently Deleted for 30 days, then are removed permanently). Deleting the app removes its local data from your device. Because we hold no copy of your data, there is nothing to request from us or delete on our servers.
If we update this policy, we'll change the effective date above and post the new version on this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
